Design Contest

Hi all! I love all of the entries for the design contest and I'm going to post some regularly on the blog. Here is one entry that particularly caught my eye. Grand Opening Party

Thanks to all who joined us for the Grand Opening Party of mag-tagz designs, L.L.C. It was wonderful to be surrounded by so many supportive friends. The kids had a blast! I don't know how they ate that many cookies, but somehow they managed! And we received some fabulous designs for the design contest. I will post some pics soon....

Happy Thanksgiving!

We just got back from a week in California. We took the kids to Disneyland and Universal Studios. Fun time, but we all caught colds and were stuck together in the same hotel room. Life with kids, right? Here's a pic from our trip!

On a happy note, mag-tagz should be in place in stores by the end of this week! They were held up in customs, but should be here by Wednesday at the latest. Yipee!

Designs

Here's my daughter's drawing for the design contest. She isn't eligible to win, but look how cute! She drew it all by herself on paint. I love the eyes. I can't wait to see what all of the girls come up with! That's all for now.

Happy Halloween!

Hope you had a great Halloween! We did. My husband and I went as Mr. Krabs and Spongebob and my son was Harry Potter and my daughter was a vampire. Boy do I miss the days when she was younger and wanted to be a fairy princess!



I'm so excited about the new designs. We are doing a line of initials and a "bff" tag all with swarovski crystals which will be hand done in Hawaii. They will be darling! They should be out the end of November along with the rest of the product line.

Grand Opening Event

New Designs

I'm in the process of working on tagz with initials with swarovski crystals and a darling "LT" tag with crystals. Both of these will be at slightly higher price point. They are so cute!

Birth of a Business

I thought it would be great to create a necklace with interchangeable pieces for fashion and fun. In the past few months, I've filed a patent for the idea, trademarked a name "mag-tagz," and started a corporation, as well as negotiated a deal with an overseas manufacturer to make the product. Whew!
